Data Privacy Statement and Agreement
The training center and all its subsidiary offices and departments recognize their responsibilities under the Republic Act No. 10173, also known as the Data Privacy Act of 2012, with respect to the data they collect, record, organize, update, use, consolidate, disclose, transfer and subsequently dispose of from their clients. The personal data obtained from all transactions are entered and stored within the Unit’s authorized information and communications system and will only be accessed by authorized personnel. The company has instituted appropriate organizational, technical and physical security measures to ensure the protection of the client’s personal data. Furthermore, the information collected and stored by the Unit shall only be used for the following purposes:
1. Processing of documentary or service requests and other related functions such as consolidation of applications, management of data records for active population, and as basis for the further development of service protocols and guidelines.
2. Announcements or promotions of events, programs, courses and other activities offered/organized by the Unit and its partners. The company shall not disclose the client’s personal information without their consent, except for disclosures that may be made pursuant to the Data Privacy Act of 2012 and other applicable laws, and shall retain this information over a period of ten years for the effective implementation, management, and performance evaluation of the purposes stated above.
CLIENT CONSENT: I have read the Company's Data Privacy Statement and express my consent for PamavTech and its subsidiary offices and departments to collect, record, organize, update or modify, retrieve, use, consolidate, block, erase, transfer, disclose or dispose of my personal data as part of my information. I hereby affirm my right to be informed, object to processing, access and rectify, suspend or withdraw my personal data, and be indemnified in case of damages pursuant to the provisions of the Republic Act No. 10173 of the Philippines, Data Privacy Act of 2012 and its corresponding Implementing Rules and Regulations.
